Tysons Elite Esthetics provides non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to, laser treatments, body contouring, injectables, radiofrequency microneedling, skin rejuvenation, and related services. All treatments are performed by trained aesthetic professionals in a medically guided environment.
Nothing on our website or in any communication constitutes medical advice. Treatment outcomes vary by individual. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service offering at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book services or opt in to SMS communications. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments may be booked online or by contacting us directly. Booking confirmations are sent via email and/or SMS.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Deposits: Certain services or appointment types may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposit policies will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Repeated No-Shows: We reserve the right to require prepayment for future appointments from clients with a pattern of missed appointments.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month. Frequency may temporarily increase during active treatment periods or promotional campaigns.
Costs
We do not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any such charges.

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular. Delivery is not guaranteed for all regional carriers or MVNOs.
No Guarantee of Delivery
SMS message delivery is not guaranteed. Delays or failures may result from carrier outages, phone settings, or other factors outside our control. Tysons Elite Esthetics is not liable for undelivered messages.

6. Payments and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout or in our clinic. Financing options may be available through third-party providers such as Cherry.
All sales are final. Refunds or credits are issued at the sole discretion of Tysons Elite Esthetics. In the event of a service dispute, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
